Summary: Receptionists were extremely nice. Property was well situated and clean. Room was a little small - not a complaint, just a statement. But for the price it was awesome.

Summary: It was after 10pm when we arrived. We were put on the 1st floor in the handicap accessible room, no idea why. I booked for 3 people and the bed only had 2 pillows. My daughter called the front desk and told the lady we needed more pillows and the lady said she would go see if there were any. She called back and said they didn’t have anymore. I then went to the front lobby and told the lady that I booked a room with three guests and expect pillows for each of us. She said that there were not anymore and that she would have to get some from another empty room, but then said that if someone came in that that person wouldn’t have pillows. Not my problem! I told her that this was unacceptable and that I wanted a free night if she couldn’t locate some pillows. Not 10 minutes later, she shows up with 3 big fluffy pillows. After that fiasco, we ended up settling in and there was not a remote. She had to be called yet again. Don’t know what was up with this hotel, but that experience was ridiculous. Overall, I could look past this incident and write it off as isolated and would consider staying again. Breakfast was outstanding and everything else seemed to be clean, etc.

Summary: I was disappointed that it was the only hotel in the area without a pool. And due to the on and of rain during the stay didnt get to enjoy having thay amenity. I was unaware that some tru hotels didnt provide a pool.

Summary: This place is my go to hotel whenever i'm on the road. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly, happy and chipper faces with a wish to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are minimalist modern and exceptionally clean and have all the amenities that you need to make sure your stay is pleasant. They have a very good breakfast and fantastic Lavazza coffee. Hannah and Margarita were absolutely wonderful.

Summary: This was a back up hotel while in town for family emergency and was such a comfortable stay. It was clean and beds were comfortable.

Summary: The front check in staff was very nice, but I did feel as if I was “lectured” for booking through a third party… Which in turn just made me feel pretty awkward. Then, upon arriving in our room, we noticed that the shower was a bit funky, as well as finding toe nail clippings from a previous guest on top of the AC unit, leading me to believe that the rooms aren’t really cleaned very well. For a hotel that charges $200 a night, I really expected more. It was fine overall, and the breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, but I’m not sure we will be returning to that location.
