Summary: Great hotel, comfy mattress and pillows. We love this hotel. The only reason it gets a 3-star is because of the parking hazard. I found an end spot next to a young shade tree. Whe we came out to the car the next morning, it was totally covered with hard water deposits. I’ve washed the car 3 times, and still cannot rub out the hard water stains. I recommend not parking anywhere near garden areas. But, I really do love the hotel.

Summary: We picked this hotel cause it had a pool. Are family included small children which love to swim. We found the pool very cloudy and could not see the bottom in which I forbid them to use. It was quite a disappointment. The rest of the hotel was a joy to stay at!

Summary: The staff were wonderful! They went over and beyond our needs. Very helpful with staying an extra day. Its always a grad stay here in scottsdale location.

Summary: Would've been a 5 star all the way through? I've had a few guests. They were very noisy throughout the night. I had minimal interaction with the staff, but what I did have was positive.

Summary: This was my first stay at a Hilton. I will stay at another. One of our nights was not great. On our floor at 2 -3 in the morning a woman was yelling and arguing with someone in the hall. She should of been asked to leave.
