Positive: The valet staff (Keke & Thaddeus)and front desk staff were exceptional. Housekeeping was good also.
Negative: The breakfast area is so open it felt like people off the street were availing themselves to breakfast You need to monitor that and at least provide hand sanitizer.

Positive: So clean and located right in the middle of all the best shopping and eating spots. Amazing view. Plus the hotel shuttle drive is to and from dinner. And valet parked our car. So we didn’t have to worry about that. Amazing.
Negative: The price of valet was a little steep and was not included. As a faithful Hilton brands Customer this hotel was just a little lower on the scale. As far as the eloquent and spaciousness of the normal Hilton room. And I really miss having a swimming pool or hot tub.
