Summary: We had trouble getting the tv to work. Staff was helpful and it was fixed. We also had difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi. Again we had to contact the front desk for help. We didn’t have warm water for showers the next morning. The water was cool and never became even close to warm. Chilly start to the day.

Summary: I genuinely love staying at Tru hotels. I seek them out. They’re fun, in great shape usually (as a newer brand), and as an allergy sufferer, the hard floors and simple interiors are much more allergy friendly. In general, the staff are also great. Camillus was no exception. Great hotel. One thing that I have trouble understanding is why/how hotels place travelers BETWEEN groups who are spread across multiple rooms. On this trip, we were sandwiched between a team or scout troop (it was not clear) who were cross-crossing rooms and up talking and laughing past 2am. The hotel could have sought to be assured they were in adjacent rooms, perhaps at the end of the hall, to ensure other guests were minimally impacted. I did ask for quiet just once, but did not get too upset or ask again, since I didn’t want to ruin their time. My night of sleep - at that point - was already mostly ruined anyhow. Please, hotels, put some thought into how you schedule groups. They have just as much right to be there, and when they are young, it’s to be expected that they will try to be with friends and have fun. I want them to have the memory. I don’t want to be the grouch that rains on their parade. Let’s keep everyone happy by thinking about how you arrange rooms. It would probably keep everyone a tad happier. All of that said, the hotel was immaculate, the staff was kind, and I won’t hesitate to stay in the future. This was “just one of those nights” that might have been avoided.

Summary: Arrived early and was welcome to check in early👍👍. Was a little disappointed with basketball court…..definitely set up for kids with a lower rim. There were some unknown sporadic loud noises and bumps during the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall I would stay at this location again👍👍

Summary: Overall hotel does nothing poor but also nothing outstanding. Breakfast was average. Bed not great. Pillows are poor. Elevator had one broken, one was working but we had to use the stairs most of the time. Rooms are small.

Summary: We booked a last-minute stay to see family after the holidays. The price was right, and the kids enjoyed the basketball court and foosball table.

Summary: If hotels are not going to offer turnaround service on and surrounding holidays, it should be made clear up front and the price per night adjusted.

Summary: Second time staying here. Simple, clean, and modern. Great Friendly staff! Grassy lawn areas had dog waste that wasn’t picked up by owners, not the hotels fault but guest should be penalized for it.
