Summary: Grear place to stay - ample parking, multiple entrances, pool, free breakfast and pet friendly. The only thing i would change is more approachable reception staff and I had to chase room service. Other hotel was clean and inviting. Safe neighbourhood too.

Summary: The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, but the lobby was noticeably dirty—smudged glass and a worn rug. Our room looked clean at first, but the sheets had hair and stains. Staff quickly brought fresh ones, which resolved the issue, but overall cleanliness needs improvement.

Summary: New place with a good vibe and a stylish, updated look — but don’t be fooled. It’s clearly suffering from staffing and labor issues. The same popcorn was spilled in the elevator during my entire stay, along with yogurt stains on the walls and elevator buttons. The elevator floor smelled so bad it stuck to your shoes and tracked with you. The hallway carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. My room’s bedside table was dirty — I had to wipe it down myself. The shower had someone else’s hair and a soap scum stain. This could be a great place, but it’s at serious risk of falling into disrepair due to poor staffing or lack of management oversight.

Summary: We always pick Tru by Hilton when visiting this area for business trips, and it never disappoints. The place is super clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the beds are seriously so soft and comfy. It just feels easy and relaxing every time we stay. We will start coming here when on our mini vacations too—it’s our go-to spot for both work and fun. We’ve even brought our pup and had no hassle at all, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!
