Summary: Safe parking. Hot tub not working. No view. Traffic noise all night. Terrible coffee. King room comfortable. Too expensive for few amenities.

Summary: Easy check in, nice staff. Loved the simple breakfast and the coffee in the lobby. Nice little swimming pool and hot tub. Room was cute with a nice view.

Summary: Staff was nice, check-in and out was fast. We had a problem with our TV, the cable that goes into the wall was loose so it glitched while watching. I fell in the shower because the tub was slippery and no grids or mat to prevent that. The pool and hot tub are outside. Went in September so it was too cool for pool so wanted to use hot tub but it was closed. Not a place to hang out but ok if you are just passing through for the night.

Summary: Was clean ,breakfast was not great and the coffee machine stopped working the next day and there was not a backup coffee maker for guests The front desk lady said the room has coffee maker but it’s actually instant Nescafé

Summary: Nice that it is located right next to Donner Memorial Park. The hallways and grounds need to be cleaned and better maintained, looking kind of run down. Not the exceptional rating that I saw online, more like just a good rating.

Summary: I appreciated that the Hotel Staff sent me a message letting me know that I left my Camelbak Backpack in the room. Then they shipped it to my home for me. Very professional and trustworthy staff. I would definitely stay again if I am ever back in the area.
