A 47sqm & true 1 Bed Room Unit w/ 2 split type airconditioning units both in living & bedroom. This is not the common type studio with divider and promoted as 1 bedroom. Upgraded TV to 65" 4k HDR TV, perfect Netflix and Youtube experience.
Balcony has a perfect day and night view facing pool and park. The unit is located at corner of bldg, for wider view, walled in pure glass where airport can also be seen.
Ideal for travelers looking for easy and quick access to International Airport to reduce stress caused by traffic and long travels, Ideal for leisure in spending time in shopping, movies, casinos & hotels. Ideal for family & friends looking for quiet and cozy place to stay with. We are also catering guest for long term lease with applicable standard terms and conditions together with all necessary amenities including kitchen paraphernalia.
Cooking is allowed but to a minimum to prevent uncomfortable smell caused by different type/s or flavor of cooking from multi-national guest/s to maintain neat and clean facility. Pots, pans, plates & basic cutleries are also available. Nearby church, market, department stores, groceries, local stores and fast food chains.
The space has 2 split type airconditioning units and bath water heater. We are near to famous places, markets, hotels and malls. Moreover we are besides Savoy Hotel, Hotel 101, Belmont Hotel, Hyatt, Maxims and Resorts World Hotel & Casino.

Our standard starter kit inclusions are, 2 bottled drinking water, towels, linen, tissue, bath soap & shampoo only and that would be for a day stay. For the whole duration in case of 2-7 days stay it is for the guests cost already.

Summary: I was fortunate enough to stay three times at two different locations by the same owner and had an awesome experience each time. The units were just as described and was very conveniently located within easy access to everything that a traveler will need for an extended trip.
