Positive: Location is good, lobby designs is quite artistic.
Negative: The elevator can’t access to ground level directly. We need to stop at B level and walk pass the gym room then walk upstairs to the bar then to the lobby. I am not sure why but the other guests do the same too. My room got few hairs from previous guests, but generally the room looks clean.

Positive: Lovely hotel, great staff and room was huge. 20 mins from central NYC via train that run very frequently.
Negative: We weren't aware of the 25% deposit upon arrival and 7 days later we have not yet received it back. However we will give it til the end of the week before we chase.

Positive: Proximity to EWR & Newark Penn Station, comfort of the 2 Queen beds room, clean, spacious room with 2 comfortable Queen beds, comfortable/convenient bathroom, proximity to eating establishments, complimentary airport and Penn Station shuttle, courteous, professional and helpful front desk and shuttle staff.
Negative: Nothing at all, this time. We have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times during the past several years (always reserving a 2 Queen beds room), but on one occasion they did not have that room and "upgraded" us to a Family Room, however it had only one bed, with extremely uncomfortable alternative "beds" - like a pull down from the wall bed - that had wooden slats and a too-rhin mattress - I was so uncomfortable that I barely slept that night. HOWEVER, we had previously been SO pleased with every aspect of our prior stays, with a 2 Queen beds room, that we decided to give it another try. Thus far, two additional stays led to us getting the 2 Queen beds room we had reserved.
