Summary: I was there just overnight. The room was really nice - fluffy pillows, nice towels, remodeled. I wish the parking had been included as the room is pricey as it is, then add $20 per car. and no breakfast - that was also additional. So add one of those would be nice vs add ons for everything. Even Motto in NYC covered parking! but the room was great! but no microwave which my room partner was looking for. and fridge was good size, but no freezer which is just odd.

Summary: Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Must eat at Dutches….amazing! One downside was the promised breakfast was not available and threw out morning off as we were heading to an early morning event.

Summary: Thought I could take a pic in front of mural of Queen Latifah but I did not find it. I went floor to floor to locate it. It was a beautifully decorated room. So close to NJPAC - I walked to event. I shall visit again.

Summary: I was in town for an event at the Prudential Center. It would have been nice if the common area by the bar stayed open all night. Night for service but if i wanted to leave the room and sit and talk with friends. There was no place to go unless i just stayed in my room

Summary: Chose to stay here for one night as I had a good experience during my previous stay. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Special shout out to Roberto for his kindness and customer service. I had arrived early in the morning, and though I wasn't expecting my room to be ready, he helped to expedite the turnaround of the room by housekeeping which led my room to be available a couple of hours later. The room was large and clean. The bed was soft and comfy. Finally, location of the hotel is convenient. Wholefoods is closeby, as well as a number of small eateries. If you're looking for a good Japanese place, check out Sakura Japan - awesome rolls!

Summary: Cool retro feel to the hotel. Great location for a show at Prudential Center. Restaurant had very good food (we have had so much crappy hotel food!) and the server was entertaining. View of the skyline was nice. Great walkable hotel for any events at Prudential. No free coffee in the morning. 👎.
