Positive: Spa is amazing and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The room is modern and confortable.

Negative: The breakfast selection limited and the coffee machine not really working. BE CAREFUL if you take a taxi. It should cost around 11 euros. We had a nice lady on the way to town. We paid 10.20. On the way back, you also took a yello taxi, but it steels from us and asked 30 euros. Ask the reception for the exact name of the taxi company to use.

Positive: Wonderful garden which makes you feel that you are in lovely park instead of city. It is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great too. I will come back to this place on my next Sofija visit Spa is superb

Positive: Only the location is good.

Negative: I chose this hotel based on good reviews but the facility was so dirty. I was fortunate that most of my time I spent outside the hotel. My room + bathroom was filled with bugs mosquitoes on the first day itself. Even after cleaning there was centipede in the corner of the door. I was on 1st floor and the WiFi connection was extremely poor, I had to use data.my friend was on ground floor and she had good connection and clean room. The pool was under construction so couldn't use. The restaurant had poor facilities, broken coffee machine, can get only espresso, the juice machine was dirty and had particles leaking.
