Brand New Townhome! surrounded by gorgeous mountain views. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, courtyard and deck. Sleeps up to 5 guests. Relax in a quiet home located in a very safe neighborhood. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, sunsets and the amazing galaxy at night from the deck just up a spiral staircase from my courtyard. Perfect setting for early morning breakfast or late evening dinner. Cool off in the pool (heated in winter) or warm up in the jacuzzi. Adventure out to the Anza trail along the river. Perfect walk for birders and photographers! Don’t forget we are only 40 miles south of Tucson, and 20 miles north of Nogales, so everything around and in between is just a stones throw away...With awesome amenities like latest state of the art cable TVs with Wifi and refrigerators and washer dryers dish washers stoves and ovens. And bbq grill.

Summary: This property was just perfect for us. It is very well appointed and so welcoming, with extras that made us feel like special guests. It is a great complex with a nice pool area, and access to Tubac town is quick and easy. We used the rooftop deck every day- nice to have the heaters for the cooler evenings. Pradip responded quickly whenever we had a question and communication was great. We hope to be back!

Summary: This property is very clean, up-to-date and extremely well-stocked with everything you need. The host was friendly and extremely responsive both prior to and during the stay. The location is a little walk to town but through pleasant neighborhoods. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was our 7th January spent in Tubac! And we were very satisfied with our accommodation in the Barrio on Lombard Way. The location permits easy walking to town, the Anza Trail, and a grocery store. Covered parking is just across from the townhouse. And Tubac is a short drive from lakes, natural areas, and many birding hotspots. As avid ‘birders’ it was perfect for us., especially during the pandemic. Our rental owner, PJ and property manager Sandy were easily reached and very accommodating. They were generous with many amenities and household staples for kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and general cleaning. The refrigerator was stocked with a variety of drinks and frozen items—we were introduced to ‘Mexican Street corn’ and Asian ingredients—yum. The king bed was very comfortable! The TV(s) were easy to navigate for us, non-technical folks. The ‘massage chair’ was wonderful after a day of walking the trails. And the displayed artwork was appreciated. The upstairs outdoor area was comfortable and afforded views of mountains and sunsets. We look forward to returning. Many thanks.
