Summary: Beautiful area, lots of wildlife, friendly people. The condo was tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Great condo that backs up to Ventana wash. Great views of the Santa Catalina mountains and Sonoran desert along the wash. Very nicely furnished with amply supplied kitchen. Just feels very much like a second home, very comfortable!

Summary: We have rented this condo for the past 6 years and it has been like a second home for us. It has nice views of the Catalina Mtns and backs up onto the wash where we enjoy the wildlife. The property is always clean and ready for our arrival. The owners are very easy to work with have always been very accommodating to our needs. We can't imagine staying anywhere else while in Tucson!

Summary: This is our fourth year staying at this condo. On the back side of the complex it backs up to the wash, where wildlife is obvious and the views of the Catalinas are stunning! The condo itself is laid out nicely and the kitchen has everything you need. We cook about half our meals here and never want for dishes or utensils. We've rarely had an issue with anything here, but when we have the owners have been easy to contact and quick to help. We plan on returning again next year, and so look forward to our home away from home, which is really what a rental like this should be. We highly recommend it!

Summary: My wife and I have rented this condo for the past 3 years. It has been the perfect spot to enjoy all that Tucson has to offer. It is close to hiking trails and birding spots. Everything that an extended stay would encompass is close by and convenient. The condo itself is very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything is as advertised. We love that it backs up to the dry wash! Nature is right outside the door. It is somewhat private and very quiet. For us it has literally become a home away from home, which is what you want when you travel. We feel as comfortable here as we do in NC. The Ryans have been a real pleasure to work with, and have made our visits to their home a treat we will always appreciate! Eric D

Summary: The unit was nicely decorated. We had issues with the front door lock. It wouldn’t open despite the owner telling us on very many occasions to jiggle the Lock! One of the local contacts is in Alaska and neither one answered our calls. Finally two and a half days later someone replaced the lock mechanism.
