Cozy little getaway perfect for the winter, spring, summer & fall. Located directly on snowmobile and atv trail system with plenty of room for trailer parking and all of the amenities of home. Property is near many waterfalls, rivers, boat launch (right around the corner) bars and restaurants, hiking (even in the back property), skiing, fishing, horse trails, Brantingham golf course, Tug Hill Vineyards/winery, High Voltage Hills Motocross, etc. Also not far from the quaint little town of Old Forge, NY, which has amusement and water parks, many country stores and lakeside dining. Conveniently located near grocery stores, gas stations, drive inn movie theater and anything else you may need for your perfect little getaway...come and enjoy! ***due to COVID-19 please do not opt or pay for the linen option, per our maintenance company and local area restrictions, every renter is required to bring their own linens, sorry for the inconvenience at this time***
