Positive: Hussein, the concierge was wonderful, so friendly and accommodating as was the man on reception. The hotel is very close to the road through the city and was easy to find. There is an underground parking garage - via a car lift! It fits 2 motorcycles nicely. The garage isn’t huge (though it may be on 2 levels, so possibly bigger) and the lift does go to both underground levels. The bedroom was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh omelettes offered. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the large bazaar area.
Summary: Lovely hotel, with great staff and underground parking

Positive: Perfect location nearby Tophane, Ulu Camii and Koza Han. From Terminal (Otogar) it was also close - with tram maybe 20 mins. Very kindly staff - also fluently speaking English, so helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and nice view over the Bursa. Lot of opportunities near the hotel - lot of restaurants, shops, Shopping mall. Breakfast with variations of delicious cold and warm meals. I was very satisfied and when I’ll be next time in Bursa, I know where to go 😊

Positive: Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff This was my 3rd or 4th visit to the Tocgu Hotel in Bursa, Turkey, and once again it was an absolutely pleasant experience. I stayed for 4 nights with my family, including a child. The hotel is comfortable, clean, family-friendly, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. I would like to sincerely thank Husen, Hasan, Noor, Nessren, Ali Golaly, مصطفى (Mostafa), and Mustafa for their warm welcome, kindness, and constant support throughout our visit.

Positive: Flexibility of staff in the reception Great location Good and kind people overall
Negative: The staff in the restaurant was not that friendly. We were coming before 10:30 by 10 to 15 min and you feel like they don’t want you to stay long … Another issue is the fact the electricity board was so noisy and dangerous. We changed the room because of it. We appreciate their flexibility. But the room that we had after the change was not equivalent to the price that we paid.

Positive: Good location- The rooms are spacious -There is a car pick-up and drop-off service -free barking-Breakfast is varied-The air conditioning is excellent and there is a control switch in the room
Negative: Upon arrival at the hotel, we were given rooms that smelled of cigarettes and were designated for smokers. Note that we may need restricted rooms to replace them with non-smoking rooms - The bathtub is very high, especially for the elderly - The hand shower and the intact walls in the bathtub are not clean - Some of the breakfast holders are not washed. Good - Not good There is a permanent presence of a worker (frying eggs) in her place, so whoever is lucky will find her in her place to eat fried eggs - The furniture and wallpaper on the walls in the rooms of the old rooms and bathrooms need - The workers in the breakfast hall and kits bathroom to learn to smile. Workers need etiquette courses, as they must not enter the door before the guests, hold the door for them to enter, and not close it after entering as if there is no one behind it. l
Summary: Good experience
