Summary: Overall very good for the price. +The facilities which is great for kids +Clean room & the overall area is very clean +Good staff -Lots of activities have certain age requirements which I dont really agree with. A 10 year old for example was not allowed to play dart or volleyball for some reason. -The food has very little variety in my opinion -The menu at the moment in the Taverna is kind of a joke in my opinion, we ate at the Taverna but did not eat much because the quality of the food and instead went to the normal restaurant.

Summary: Very good all-inclusive hotel. I was bothered by the fact that the toilet was not provided with a shower cap and that there were no drinks and snacks in the room's refrigerator, only water. But this is understandable because in this way they probably take care of families with children. They are very kind to children, various attractions are provided. The choice of food in the restaurant was very good and the food was really tasty. I recommend the hotel SPA to everyone, especially the massage therapist Mrs. Uchee. She does her job very professionally.

Summary: Our stay started in the worst possible way. Apparently, while searching for rooms on Hotels.com and selecting 2 adults + 2 children, you will still be provided options that are applicable only for 2 adults without any children. This tricked us into believing our booking was for the entire family while in reality it was only for halv of it, leaving our 3 and 2 year olds out. After sleeping one night in a room located three floors up (the hotel doesn't have elevators!), we changed it to another, second night became worst than the first as the hotel provided us with a room that had a connecting room to it, with no isolation whatsoever, meaning we could hear the neighbors talk to each other. Having changed room a third time the following day, we accepted to stay there during the rest of the stay. Also, what was consistent in all these three rooms was that, while we had booked a room with a double sofa, we only got a single sofa for the entire stay. We had to request a baby crib to put our 2 year old in or else we didn't have anywhere to sleep all four of us. The rooms were clean but what came to hunt us during the stay was that, since the booking was for two persons, every single day, I had to request more towels as the janitors only swapped our towels for 2 new sets (instead of 4 as we were 4 persons!). Lastly, I forgot some pikés in the room while checking out. I've tried to reach the hotel in multiple official ways, but they are just ignoring me on all platforms - sad! :-(

Summary: Big pool and a lot of sun chairs. Good water slides for kids and the beach is fine. A lot of activities for both kids and adults. Good restaurants with tasty foodora.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, considerate of the guests. It is clean and quiet. The beach and the pools are great and clean. It is only a bit boring for young couples as its a great place for families with young kids.

Summary: Great service ... nice pool, nice beach, good food. An improvement/suggestion is to change the the ice cream serving hours from12-18 to 10-17. This helps the parents and avoids the fight with the kids to not take ice creams just before lunch and dinner :)
