Positive: Tui Cottage exceeded our expectations. The cottage was lovely and warm, comfortable and exceptionally clean. There were so many New Zealand birds in the back garden! I have never neen so many Tui at once. It was amazing. The owners Kerry & Jo were so helpful and friendly, offering us a tremendous amount of knowledge about the area, and things to do near by. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the oven had a gas cooker. We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Kerry & Jo.

Positive: Everything was delightful. The house is actually bigger than it seems from the photos. The sun hits the kitchen and warms the whole house pretty much. Feels very nice. The kitchen has everything to cook in, but there are also restaurants nearby and a good supermarket just around the corner. We found the best lamb sausages there... :) The rooms are good size, beds comfortable and shower with great pressure. A lovely place to stay long-term. It is within walking distance from the beach and a short drive from Katiki Point Lighthouse, where you can watch the seals. The internet was great for work. We would love to return and see the birds in the backyard. The hosts were very welcoming and took the time to come over to hand us the keys. Definitely, one of the best places we stayed in NZ.

Positive: The holiday home was an absolute dream. We really enjoyed our short time there and recovered from the long journey. We were able to do the laundry and cook properly. We had such a good night sleep aswell.
