Positive: The staff were helpful Checkout / checking was smooth

Negative: The facilities are very old and not well maintained. The AC duct in the room was filthy. The flush was leaking and there was grime on various things eg the hair dryer cable. The shower area was not very clean - and the carpet and bed covers were also grimy

Negative: The couldn’t manage a proper early checkin. I was in the hotel early because of flight limitations from Mumbai. But I waited almost 1.5 -2 hours before I could get a room. Also the AC wasn’t working and no HOT water
