Positive: Ashover is a lovely villag, with easy access to Chesterfield and Matlock towns, yet in the middle of the countryside, close to the Peak District. The village has, surprisingly, good facilities, including three public houses, a shop and a cafe, all close to the property. Parking my car was a concern initially but there was always space on the road near the house. Tuliptree is quite spacious, comfortable and well equiped with everything we needed.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: A nice property with everything you need in a great location.

Positive: Lovely comfy attached house with everything you need. The house was perfectly clean and our host was absolutely attentive and always easy to contact. Wonderful garden wirh lots of flowers and absolutely peaceful quiet nights. The village though is surprisingly lively: There are three pubs, a cafe with post office and a shop with local produce, fresh meat, dairy, braed and nearly everything you might need.

Summary: Wonderful stay in the southern Peak District.

Positive: Key in lock box meant flexibility in arrival time. lovely house - clean and comfortable with all the conveniences. excellent location. nice secluded garden quiet location
