Positive: Very good apartment, calm, we liked everything! Swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Beautiful view from the top of the building, the gym is good. Cristina is very attеntive. This apartment is far from the supermarket, so it is better to rent a car or use the delivery.

Negative: The only concern was that the bikes were rusty, we used only one. The water is not drinkable, a bit salty. It is not possible to use it for tea and coffee, better to buy. Unfortunately there were a lot of seaweeds on the beaches, so swimming was not good, but we used the swimming pools which were clean and open all day.

Positive: Quiet, lovely pool, access to beach club, comfy beds, nice kitchen. Cristina was a wonderful host, very responsive and smart. Staff at reception also very helpful.

Negative: Nothing. Probably easier to get groceries and explore the area if you had a car.

Summary: We had a lively, relaxing stay.

Positive: The property is brand new and absolutely beautiful. If you have the means, I would highly recommend purchasing one. The host was very gracious and even offered us free bikes to ride around Tulum. The location is excellent—close to the beach and everything you need. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Positive: The pool was amazing and clean. The apartment was gorgeous and fully equipped. The host Cristina was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
