Summary: Service overall was great. But couple of things were unacceptable. The lotion container was empty and had not been filled. The sink would not drain quickly and would get clogged. So kind of gross. Considering that they charged more than 300 bucks for one night of stay I feel they could do better.

Summary: This is a lovely hotel in a nice location. It’s very fun, with a coffee bar and regular bar on the first level open to the public. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is great. I like the modern feel to everything.

Summary: This was a great hotel! I love this new idea of hotels without carpeting or ugly art….just super slick, clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of linens, super comfortable bed, bar, and restaurant on site if needed. Walking distance to anything downtown, including shops and restaurants.

Summary: Property was nice! Got in around 8:30 for check in and had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk worker to deal with some people who wanted a drink from the Starbucks that is attached to the front desk? Probably need two people if that’s going to be open. Room was cool and unique but bathroom fan didn’t work and shower had broken(ish) showerhead which is a bummer in that expensive of a room. Overall nice though!
