Positive: The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were exceptional as well. Everything else was good enough.

Negative: No parking under or in front of the hotel. Narrow road in front of the hotel Difficult for a car to park or wait.

Positive: The room was really comfy, and the staff were amazing and so accommodating. The hotel is located within walking distance of the metro bus and an outlet mall. It was a great stay!

Positive: Room was very clean and serviced everyday. Bed was very comfortable. Heating and aircon worked fine and very quiet. Breakfast buffet was sufficient with hot choices,soup,salad,pastries and Cereal. Hot and cold drinks. Staff were exceptional with all questions answered and needs met and very polite. Loads of restaurants/cafes close by.. A small supermarket next door.. short walk to the shopping mall and private hospital.

Negative: Nothing to do with the hotel but there is only buses for public transport. Being a foreigner i found it hard to understand the system.

Positive: The room was a good size with an excellent en-suite, tea & coffee making facilities, a safe and a very comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help and advise whenever asked. The breakfast buffet was great with a good choice of hot and cold food
