Negative: Breakfast options - very limited and id really appreciate if the hotel could have expanded on selection and coffee quality to make it similar to at least nespresso. The options for breakfast are mainly Indonesian and the presentation is not particularly inspiring.

Negative: We were not briefed on breakfast and checkout times so I asked but we were also not told we couldn’t bring grab food in and a male staff said we had to walk a long way out in the dark to receive it initially. Thankfully, a female staff made sure we got our order but terrible communication and rude service

Positive: Beautiful beach , very clean , quiet and big room. My daughter love the swimming pool area. Reception was friendly.

Negative: Too dark during the night.. no security guard around & No cctv around outside the walking street area , no emergency phone nearby . I got lost at night time & a strangers was follow me. Luckily I manage to call my hubby to find me.

Summary: Overall I’m happy , family holiday was beautiful at Turi . I wish to come back again next trip

Positive: The scenic view that we don’t always have in our busy life back at home. The wonderful and helpful staff as well.

Negative: Certain things like convenient items are limited as we prefer to go out and shop for items in groceries stores. So we had to Grab a bit further away to some big shopping malls which is about 10-20Mins away.
