Positive: We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was very modern and clean with a fridge. The standout of our stay was the food. The staff were so attentive, providing a very personal service. The quality of food was like a 5* restaurant, we ate there every night of our stay! (Typically we like to eat out!) The spa was a lovely treat to come back to after a long day hiking.
Summary: Amazing modern hotel, even better food! Staff were perfect and the spa is standout!

Positive: Our stay at Turmchalet was great! The views from the chalet are amazing and worth the trip alone - green meadows!! On top of that, the service was on point; the staff was friendly. It is a great base if anyone is looking to do some hiking and trails. Lago di Braies at 5 minutes by car. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Positive: Nice, comfortable, modern and spacious room for 2 ( twin bed and sofa which could be used as well for a child if necessary). As the room for 2, it was really spacious with big bathroom.The heating is fully integrated separatelh made for living room znc for the bathroom.If you turn in 3 and more it is getting quite warm in the room. I liked the modern and naturall wooden fourniture and design in scsndinavian style. As being there in time of lower winter season, no issue with food in term of full restaurant. Perfect modning options for breakfast for everybody, as well for vegetarians.Fresh fruits such kiwi, oranges, banana, smooties. A bit limited in term of vegetables- just cucumber and tomatoes but you can combine and you will be surely satisfied.. Dinners as well perfect, all the time the option for no meat eating persons from the paper menu you get on the table each evening. If any special needs, you can ask for it and local will try to find the best solution up to your satisfaction. There is the wellness possibilities in hotel as well, but we did not have time to use it during our journey. Nice sourrounding in the valley where hotel is placed, not so busy in this period of the year, so I appreciated it.
Negative: Not exact place for skiing room, there is just the wall in garage but not separate ski room.I recommend to take ski shoes to the room and to heat them there, will be easier and quicker for next day.

Positive: Good breakfast, both Italian-style and continental style; high-quality dinner, very creative. Modern furniture, spotless bathroom.Views on local mountains. My wife liked the mattress, usually a problem for her. The hotel has its own bus stop, we had free access to all of South Tirol public transportation (but ask the host for Braies (Prags) lake, it's free but needs a different pass). Collaborative and kind staff. Position in a really quiet valley, near the famed lake but out of the main route; trails starting in the hotel's backyard. Easy access to all the beauties of val Pusteria.
Negative: To be really picky, dinner was a bit slow - but we had enough time to show and discuss the photos of the day; the Tyrolean benches are helpful in this regard. For us, being far from shops in the middle of green pastures and woods is a definite plus - not for everyone.
