Positive: The accommodation looked exactly as it does in the photos. It was modern, clean and comfortable. The heating was on when we arrived which made our stay cosy and homely. Both beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The apartment/building felt safe and secure. The walk to the main square was around 10 minutes, with a good selection of bars,cafes and restaurants along the way. All communication with Turnkey was quick and easy. We had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Excellent apartments. We stayed with a family of 6 people. The apartment was prepared for moving in very quickly, we managed to move in earlier than the stated time. The location is good, there are grocery stores nearby, the tram stop is close (5-6 minutes walk). St. Peter's Church is nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to the Prague Astronomical Clock. The apartment is small, but cozy and modern - 2 rooms, 3 beds, it is possible to sleep on the sofa, there was an extra set in the linen box (blanket, pillow). Clean, there is everything you need - shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, oil, coffee, salt, pepper in the kitchen. Entrance by code lock, which is very convenient, since we had an early flight, we did not need to worry about how to hand over the keys. There were some problems getting in (the code did not work), but after contacting the support phone number, the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you very much for helping to organize the transfer to the airport!
Negative: There were some minor comments that, in general, did not affect the comfort of living and were more likely due to our household habits. There is not enough space at the table in the room. There is no hood in the kitchen, when cooking food this causes a little discomfort, as steam rises to the upper cabinets. It would be nice if there were more towels in the kitchen and a larger frying pan. There are also not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Positive: We really like the living room because it was very nice and cozy, especially the balcony which had a very nice view. Overall the house was really nice but we just had a small problem which were the stairs that were a bit small which wasn’t really much of a problem. Overall a very nice and cozy house

Positive: Easy seamless access. Good communication online. Cute appartment clean close to shops while not being loud. Easy to walk into the city or across the bridge. The bed has lots of fluffy pillows the whole room was well thought out and very homely.
Negative: Loved it. would definitely stay again. If I was to nit pick a thing it would be that we are not a fan of futon style mattresses but it makes perfect sense for a loft style bed and the abundance of pillows made up for it.

Positive: The apartment was absolutely incredible - very easy check-in and out and looked exactly like the photos on the site. We asked if we could have an airport transfer to the apartment and then back again four days later. Everything was sorted super quickly by the Turnkey Team, and we were met promptly both times. The apartment itself is within walking distance of the Old Town, though there is the tram and Metro close by. We all had an amazing time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone! We're already looking at coming back in the future!! Thank you so much for an incredible stay! 🥰

Positive: I stayed in the studio appartment for 4 nights with a friend and it was very comfortable and cozy appartment with fully equipped kitchen and toilet amenities. Definitely very organized, well designed and very convenient appartment for 2 people! Location was amazing. 12 minutes walking to old city, walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. I will definitely reconsider this place to stay again and I will recommend to my friends! Team TurnKey answered my every questions very gently.
