Positive: We stayed in Moonlight Ridge cabin. The views were amazing, and we loved seeing so many kangaroos up close. The cabin was extremely comfortable. We were particularly pleased with having loads of hot water for the shower and spa bath. We also appreciated the electric blanket for our bed. We enjoyed walking around the cabin with lovely mountain views.
Negative: It was quite chilly when we first arrived and took a few hours for the log burner to warm it up. However once it got going, we were very cosy.

Positive: Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at Turon Gates! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect nature escape. The kids especially loved the horseback riding — it was such a unique and memorable experience for them. We gathered around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows, which brought back so many great memories. It was a simple joy we hadn't done in a long time and made the trip even more special. We also enjoyed some lighthearted karaoke during the day — and to our delight, the peaceful surroundings still allowed for some fun without bothering the neighbors. Turon Gates gave us the perfect chance to relax, have fun, and reconnect as a family. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wholesome, adventure-filled holiday surrounded by nature!

Positive: We loved that it was secluded, quiet and just so beautiful inside and out. The spa on the deck was just the best & the super size bath inside was amazing. The king bed was super comfortable to sleep in. Loved it had the little extra touches of some cooking supplies, some basics salt, pepper ect & the coffee machine plus tea supplies. We loved that fire wood was supplied as the fireplace is just stunning and heated up the cabin of a night so quickly. The bonus of air cons in each room too was great! We stayed with only the two of us and we absolutely loved it!
Negative: The flies, we understand being out in the bush it’s to be expected but we couldn’t leave the doors open as the flies were that bad & no screens on the doors. We could see around the property the fly catchers in the trees and in stakes but they didn’t have any solution in them, that might have helped. Also the ants inside, sitting eating at the table and ants were going for our food. The Bali style furniture is wonderful to look at and we get that it is the style of the cabin but they were the most uncomfortable lounge and chairs to sit on, especially to watch a movie in the evening and as we stayed 4 nights we wish we had a big comfy lounge to sit on
