This home is large and very cozy for relaxing after skiing, hiking Lazy Mountain or Pioneer Peak. It is a great base camp for those seeking Alaskan adventure and authenticity. Summary: The property was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. We were able to use it as a home base for our day trips and do most of our meals there and not have to eat out all the time. The washer and dryer also allowed us to return with mostly clean clothes. Overall, very happy with this rental.

Summary: The house was as advertised and came with a super friendly dog (neighboring house). We had a glitch accessing the house on the first night (not the owner's fault) and the owner worked to solve the problem quickly. No further glitches to be had! We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Summary: Tustin House was the perfect place for our family to gather and spend 11 days together. This freshly appointed home is surrounded by Lazy Mountain, Pioneer Peak, and Bodenburg Butte with a deck and yard to enjoy the Alaska landscape. Tustin House is perfectly situated for local activities like climbing Bodenburg Butte, trail rides, air boat tours, fishing, as well as day trips in all directions. There was ample room in the 4-bedroom home for our group and plenty of room for our local family to join us for dinner and games. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We recommend Tustin House for a great family headquarters while enjoying all Alaska has to offer.

Summary: First of all, what a view! Do you want to escape for a few days just to reset? We did! This adorable house had stunning mountain views; we enjoyed sitting on the front porch while enjoying the fire from the Solo stove. We were very impressed with how clean and calming the place was. Super cute 4-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house with a charming yet chic vibe. There was even a tire swing out front for guests with kids. Bonus points for the wifi! We were able to get a little work done and stream our shows in the evening. I strongly suggest this spot for your next trip to Palmer.
