Positive: The manager is superb. He will greet you on arrival if he is not busy. He genuinely cares for all of his guests. The staff are also all well trained, and helpful. They will give you their Telegram contact details on arrival. If you have even a minute query, just send a message on Telegram and they will respond immediately and take action if required. When you visit the pool, please take your camera as the view is exceptional. The coffee shop doubles as a mini-mart and has all the essentials if you need them. I had a salmon rice cake and a croissant for breakfast, with a coffee. It was delicious and reasonably priced. The location is quiet, but you can walk to many excellent restaurants within ten minutes.

Negative: I booked for deluxe suite, I got email and message from them that my room is confirm because I arriving late at night at 11pm. When I arrive, they told me the room that I booked for was not available, and they reserved 2 room for me. But they didn’t offer me the same price and charge me additional $100 higher than my suite room. I have to tell and make a complaint before they gave me the original price room with 2 rooms instead, after 30 minute argument in the middle of the night. Not nice experience. Please improve your customer service.
