Positive: Overall stay was lovely. Got to go to the spa which was amazing. The food portions were huge so we loved that. Despite the power crisis they have really managed the place well
Negative: Breakfast could be better but it was alright.

Negative: On the 4th / 5th, I would have offered a 9 out of 10. There were some minor issues with the room, TV not working, telephone not working. Food was incredible, I ordered a T-bone steak, it was to perfection. Breakfast, breakfast starts at 06h30, at 07h00 the staff were still preparing for breakfast, totally unprepared!!! On the 5th / 6th, all issues addressed, ordered the same meal as the previous night, as room service, IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!!! Steak was cold and extremely tough and the knife provided was not a steak knife and was so blunt. The meal took about fifty minutes to prepare, whereas on the previous night, it was served within thirty minutes.
Summary: This evening's meal was disgusting! Considering cost and room service, very expensive

Positive: The food was excellent 👌🏽, my compliments to the chef/s. Lots of lovely different flavours. Linen was clean and fresh. The staff were wonderful, extremely friendly, and always went the extra mile.
Negative: Cockroachs in the bathroom and a dead one on the hand towel. Side lamps were not working.
