Positive: We stayed for 10 days. Our unit was clean and spacious, no smell of cigarettes( we had that experience in other hotels ). There was plenty of utensils, plates, pots and pans for the kitchen. We cooked without any problems. Washing machine worked great, all sinks, toilet and shower were in perfect condition. Clean, spacious refrigerator. AC blasted without interruption. WiFi - no interruption. Room cleaning was offered every day. There 3-4 supermarkets within a few minutes walk and a small, well stocked convenience store with snacks and drinks downstairs. Also, ordering from a restaurant will be delivered to the room. Front desk guys, cleaning staff are extremely nice and helpful. Beach is within 3 minutes walk. Pool was nice and clean, kids favorite. We had wonderful time staying at Twin Apart.

Positive: ​The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help and give advice. The hotel's location is excellent, with Migros, Şok, and BIM all within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and Cleopatra Beach is a one-minute walk away, while the cable car is a five-minute walk. In short, the hotel is in the center of Alanya, but in a very quiet location. No matter which room you book, whether it faces the street or the courtyard, it will be quiet because the lively street is a bit further away. ​The pictures accurately reflect the apartment. All the necessary kitchenware for cooking is available. The sofa in the living room folds out, and an adult can easily fit on it. The rooms are cleaned well and on a daily basis. The internet is excellent and very fast. I will definitely come back here again. A big thanks to manager Erhan Bey and his team

Positive: Good thing about this hotel is staff, friendly and helpful. Good location, very close to the beach. Clean. Fresh bedlinen and towels. The room is cleaned every day.
Negative: When I arrived, at the reception desk the guy was nice and upgraded my standard room to deluxe. But in reality this deluxe didn’t really look like a deluxe. The room was tired and it needs renovation. Only household appliances (washing machine, kitchen stove) were new. The furniture is old and should be replaced. Greasy armchair and sofa. Didn’t even use them. Scratched and shabby furniture. In the bathroom only one lamp out of two was working but the white dim light made it very depressing. The room had funny smell, not bad but a bit annoying, however, after 2 days of ventilation it was gone. For those who expect “comfort+” better to find something else. In general: okay. Pictures look better than reality.

Positive: - The location is great! Close to the beach, many supermarkets, restaurants, hammams, shops & playgrounds (we were travelling with kids). - The appartement was very clean and the beds comfortable. - Staff was so friendly and helpfull 😄 - Breakfast nice and healthy (not much variation, but we were more than happy with it)
