Positive: Place looks nice, the bed is pretty good too, I love the table, it's nice to eat and work. The kitchen area is great as well. The bath is nice because there's directly warm/hot water, no need to wait. There's a nice balcony too. WIFI works fine. Connection to the center is fine with the bus 154. There are shops around.
Negative: The bath doesn't have curtains so there will be splashes of water on the floor, and nothing to mop the floor, so I used a rag I found somewhere. So yeah the place should definitely include something to quickly mop the floor. The owner forgot to send me the instructions but after calling her, she did, and then self check in was easy. Location is good if using the bus 154 but on foot, you have to walk through a park / small forest if you spend time in the center, which is not nice at night. There's a shelf above the bed which doesn't look stable and might fall soon, this should be fixed. Note: It's actually a big flat that was split in 2 separate flats (you might meet a neighbor in the hall).

Positive: I enjoyed every second of being here: everything around is new, a good bathtub, comfortable sleeping sofa, possibility to use washing machine and drying machine, a lot of furniture, well-made kitchenette, free tea, coffee, salt and pepper to use. I loved the location too - the property located near grocery stores and bus stops
Negative: I saw a big black hair in the bathtub once i entered the apartment I think there must be curtains around the bath so the water doesn’t leak on the floor Rags and kitchen towel were dirty, wet and used before me - I think those things need to be washed with washing powder and dried before renting out the apartment to guests It was uncomfortable to use my vacation time to look for a kantor that is opened on Sunday to get polish currency zloty in cash to pay a city tax. The owner wasn’t willing to take the payment online or include the city tax to the price on booking There was no washing powder or capsules, I needed to buy my own which costed me 30 zl I really felt the lack of a microwave oven, it us really a must have in a kitchenette nowadays
