Twin Palms Retreat is a newly build three-bedroom luxury townhouse villa located in Spring Gardens, Montego Bay approximately 5 minutes from Fairview Shopping Centre, 10 minutes to downtown Montego Bay and 15 minutes from the Sangsters International Airport. You are minutes away from shopping and dining. This home offers absolutely uninterrupted views of the Freeport lagoons and the Caribbean Sea.
This 3 bedrooms unit is over 2100 square feet with modern finishes and open concept living. The interior boast marble staircase which takes you to the upper floor which is complete with 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and private balcony, the master bathroom boast double sinks, large walk in closet, shower and jetted tub. The entry-level features, one bedroom, one bath, a spacious family room which features a 48” SMART LED TV with comfortable seating for the entire family to spend time enjoying each other while watching their favorite shows. Cable TV stations are available for a wide range of international channels. The dining room seats six. Other amenities are, state of the art swimming pool, thermal controlled hot tub with mountain and sea views a perfect spot for morning coffee or before-dinner drinks. Air-conditioned and fully equipped Gym, 24 hours gated and guarded community, kids playground, solar water heater, and water tank. Washer and dryer units for your convenience, plush linens, towels and fully stock kitchen supplies, free WIFI and air conditions in all rooms.
This Villa has housekeeping services. Prepare to be completely indulged and spoiled on this vacation! You will have a lot of time to get your much needed rest as all your household chores will be taken care of, from cleaning to cooking! The staff will offer you a warm welcome and serve you with traditional Jamaican hospitality.
The world-renowned Doctor’s Cave Beach (for a second beach option), about a 15 minute drive, is located on the Hip Strip where visitors can also enjoy the delectable cuisine offered by several restaurants or drinks at the many bars such as Bobsled Café and Margaritaville. The Seawind Beach Club, Montego Bay Yacht Club and the charming Houseboat Restaurant are nearby choices for dining all.
This villa is centrally located easy day trips to Negril Beach, Rick’s Café, Mystic Mountain, the famous Dunn’s River Falls or for a visit to the Dolphins in Ocho Rios. Some important golf courses are also within minutes of Twin Palms Retreat, they are Cinnamon Hill, Half Moon Golf, Tryall Club and White Witch Golf Course.

Summary: Villa is absolutely beautiful, spacious and very comfortable! Only possible downfall is the beach is about 15 minutes away. The pool was nice and clean and warm. The owner/ property manager is consistent and responds to any questions or concerns immediately. We would most certainly stay again!

Summary: This Villa is beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Whenever I messaged Carol any questions she responded very quickly. Our cook, Judeith was absolutely amazing. She was very nice and cooked delicious meals for an affordable price. Judeith also did light housekeeping which was a plus. The only aspect that my friends and I didn't enjoy was the driver. His prices are just unreasonable (with the exception of transportation to and from the airport) considering the distance from the villa to places we wanted to go. Other than transportation to and from the airport, I wouldn't recommend using his services. There are plenty of licensed drivers (specified by red plates/tags) that will negotiate with you. When I explained to Carol what was going on she quickly recommended us a new driver. I highly recommend staying at this villa especially if you are traveling with a larger group!

Summary: We stayed at the property for a week. Carol was a very responsive host. We were picked up by Bubba (Courtney) who for us made all the difference in our stay. We used his taxi as well as his excellent suggestions to tailor an itinerary suitable for us. We left feeling we explored and experienced Jamaica in the best way possible. Judeith was very helpful in purchasing groceries for us and made sure we had a stocked fridge at the start of our stay

Summary: This was our first time staying at a vacation home instead of the mega huge resorts. Boy was it worth it! Carol, our host, was really accessible in answering questions and resolving any issues promptly. Her driver was phenomenal and even was a major help with a family emergency. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home.

Summary: I stayed here for my bday with some friends and we had a great time! The place was beautiful and clean. The recommended driver was great. Felt more like family taking us around and the chef was amazing. Enjoyed all of the dishes. I would def stay here again

Summary: My family visited Montego Bay from Dec23-Dec28 2018 and we had a great time. Twin Palms Retreat was a great place to stay it was perfect for us with a family of six Adults . House was exactly has seen in picture clean beautiful gated property . Beds were comfortable and everything worked. We also had Judith who was the housekeeper and cook she was very pleasant and cooked delicious Jamaican food for us she was the best. Carol the property owner also communicated with us thru out as we planned the trip . She organized a Driver for us whom picked us up from the airport we used briefly for a couple days. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Comfortable clean safe place to vacation and trying to avoid hotels. Thank you Carol and Judith and Coutney the driver for your hospitality

Summary: A wonderful villa in a great, secure location very near to Montego Bay. Easy to access the beach and hip strip but in a quiet secluded private residential complex. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable with all facilities provided of very high quality. Beautiful large bedrooms with huge comfortable beds. Our host had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We wouldn't hesitate at recommending this and returning on a future occasion.
