Summary: We stayed here for CASV week 11 and it was perfect. Super close to the village, extremely clean and had all the amenities our family needed. I would definitely recommend it, and will hopefully stay here again when our other son goes to CASV!

Summary: We were thrilled with our stay! The property manager, Luann, gave us a warm welcome and shared all kinds of helpful info about the house and its amenities, nearby things to do and restaurants, etc. We were provided a very helpful binder with info on everything we'd need to know and then some. The house is immaculate! Everything was extremely clean and organized, and easy to find things in the kitchen. All of the beds were comfy, and bathrooms were all conveniently located and spacious. The house itself is beautiful with an open concept and warmly decorated, and there aren't adequate words for the exquisite property and its views. The deck off of the front of the living level of the home was our favorite for morning coffee and sunsets. The view is just spectacular. Deer, turkey, bunnies were everywhere! My son loved the pond the most. There's koi in the upper pond, lots of sunfish, and some very musical bullfrogs. Can't wait for another reason to come and stay! The location was just far enough away from CASV to feel like you're still getting away and "on vacation" but close enough to make it a snap to get over to the park.

Summary: Twin Ponds exceeded our expectations. It was spacious with all the amenities of home. We loved the view! The location was perfect for All Star Village. We enjoyed using the outside firepit and the kids loved floating on the raft in the pond. The property manager and homeowners were easy to reach, helpful and accommodating. We would certainly stay again and have already recommended this house to friends.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay at twin ponds. Home was well stocked and then some! Luann greeted us at arrival and walked through the home including all the extras like fishing equipment, yard games, paddles for floating doc etc. While the home is remote it’s only one exit/10-15 mins from ASV and downtown Oneonta.
