Positive: spotless clean house, high quality furniture, beds and nice layout. we were in the park and didn’t need our car the whole weekend as we could start our walks right from the house.
Negative: kitchen facilities weren’t the best - difficult oven to turn on and dishwasher wasn’t cleaning the plates. if you want to do heavy cooking in-house it may take more time than expected
