Summary: The family enjoyed the short stay. The condo was located in a quiet neighborhood off of Route 1. Place was very clean and neat. Liz was very responsive and accomodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We were looking for a pet friend location to getaway for an off season weekend to relax and shop. The location is excellent. Very close to the stores. There are several grocery stores and restaurants located within minutes of the property. Boardwalk was just 10 to 15 minutes away. The property manager was very communicative and courteous. Lastly I was pleasantly surprised to see treat jar. A wonderful place that made for a great weekend!

There's plenty of room for our dogs to walk around and explore, and they were so comfortable in the spacious home while we enjoyed some beach time. Savannah Beach is just down the road, making it super convenient to get some sun and sand. If you're up for a short drive, Dewey Beach and some great outlet shopping are also within easy reach. We definitely plan on staying here again—thank you so much for letting us enjoy your amazing condo!"

Summary: My family and I had such a wonderful stay! The owner was very accommodating. Everything you could possibly need she already had there, even had dog bowls and bones! The property was well kept up and the pool was perfect

Summary: We stayed for an extended weekend and absolutely loved our stay. The home was very clean, had all the amenities we needed for the weekend and the homeowner is wonderful to work with. Located right off Route 1 which makes it convenient yet the traffic noise was not noticeable at all from the home. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Bay Crossing! My husband and I, our 2 kids(6 & 8) and our dog(her first time coming along with us!) The place was just big enough for us. Location was great to get to Cape Henlopen and lots of great restaurants and stores. The kids enjoyed the pool after the beach a few times as well. I loved all the little things that were included from coffee pods & laundry detergent to sheets that were nice quality and actually on the bed when we arrived, unlike some places I've stayed in before. I'd def stay again!
