4 Bedroom Villa in Negril, Sheffield

This is a two-story-villa where we rent out the whole first floor.
The house is located 10 minutes (4 miles) from the beautiful Negril beach in a quiet and relaxing site.
Your own floor, which is totally separated from the upstairs floor, has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
We have now added two more bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms which also are available for rent. These are on the bottom floor of the villa as well but separated from the ‘original’ area. The new space has its own entrances and you cannot move between the two units unless you walk outside.
For the original area – the two bedrooms incude AC. Hot and cold water is available in the shower and kitchen.
Inside the place there is a washing machine for our guests.
The floor has a veranda with chairs and tables. For the best view we also offer our rooftop with a gazebo and a truly stunning view of Sheffield and Negril.
The new area includes the two new bedrooms, fully stocked kitchens and two full bathrooms. Currently we do not have AC in this space. This new space does not have AC at this time. We rent out the original area primarily but the new space can be added for group of guests larger than 4.
If you would be interested in doing some bicycling while at the house we have two large high quality bikes available at a reasonable and small cost. We have one road bike and one hybrid bike.
Biking to Negril is fast and safe as the road to and from Negril has a wide shoulder for pedestrians and bikers. We can also help with mapping out exciting routes on roads less travelled and without many cars - this is most definitely one of the best ways of exploring the island if you ask us. And we can hook you up with Sav cycling club for longer and more serious rides - those guys ride almost every day and do anything from 30 miles and upwards.
Finally, if able to, you are welcome to stop by our bar which is located in the center of Sheffield, just next to the main road. Your first drink at Paradise Corner Bar is on us!
If you don't arrive with your own car we can help you with all information in regards to private transportations, tour guides and local taxis.
We can arrange maid service and meals to be prepared for our guests at reasonable prices. Please ask about this option when booking if you are interested in some real Jamaican home cooking.

Summary: Perfect Villa if you want to feel safe, secured, and experience peace and quiet. The hosts were more than accommodating, my family appreciates your services. The only issue with the place was the steep pothole filled road, I disliked that road every more each time, I had to go up and down it. Overall, great rental. I will be returning to stay here again, in the near future. Thank you to the hosts for having such a beautiful home and such a wonderful view from the roof

Summary: Hello! We are a family from Russia lived and rested in this beautiful place from may to July. There was a lot of sun and positive! The sea is very calm and beautiful! For holidays with children super!!! The hostess was very kind to us and helped us in everything! Verona thank you for everything! We were not lacking in anything! The apartments are very nice and have everything for a holiday! All the equipment in the house works perfectly! To get to the sea is no problem! We took a taxi every day. There 2$ and back 2$. Travel time is 10-15 minutes. The products were bought in the supermarket and in the market. Cooking at home. The house has hot water! Many THANKS Rikard ! He was very kind and kind to us!!! All explained and showed us!

Summary: This is a home-like atmosphere. There are adjoining apartments with long term renters that do get up early and go to work. There is also a yard with dogs as most Jamaican houses have. I only mention this as there is a noise factor. It was fine for us, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, it may not be ideal. The owners are very accommodating. We would stay there again.
