Summary: This is a perfect place to stay. Equipped with everything you would need in an efficency rental. A few minutes from UMass Lowell. And less than 2 miles to the Tsongas Arena. Everything was clean and presentable. I thought being so close to UMass it might be noisey with traffic. It wasnt. Nice quiet side street. If we need to go to Tsongas Arena again I will definitely stay at this place again.

Summary: Me, my partner, and her sister stayed at this location 4 nights. We did not realize the house is connected to another house (not inside, only outside) which threw us off but check in went smoothly. Unfortunately, we arrived to a not fully cleaned home… used and expired food in the fridge from previous guests, used razors with loose hairs in the bathroom drawers, used and dirty sponges in the kitchen sick, and empty beer cans in the desk in the bedroom . Host was responsive and accommodating after bringing up these issues, The location was right next to a large college campus and all the freeways and trains which was nice. Overall, the stay was fine.

Summary: Very good city location, yet 5 minutes, you are in the country, close to groceries, restaurants, and very clean neighborhoods. Home was very clean throughout, host very accommadating, smal minor issue, (low batteries in alarms) laalarming)

Summary: Although we only stayed 1night we were very pleased with the home! It was very clean and well cared for! The beds were comfortable and we were very happy!!

Summary: It was a wonderful experience to explore the area in connection with a school event. The place was great and the cleanliness was nice. All the needs you want for a quick stay are available. I am just so surprised by the smell of the house that I have to buy a scented candle and air spray just to meet what is conducive to what I am used to like hotels and other rented places. But overall it was a good experience.

Summary: It was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean and very convenient to 495 and Route 3 so you could get to a lot of areas in Massachusetts easily. I will book this location again.
