Summary: We had a great two day stay in Terrence’s place in Siesta Key… Terrence recommended a fantastic restaurant which we ended up going to twice… Everything was exactly as listed. It was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in and the AC was cold and awesome! We appreciated that he provided bikes and beach equipment, and lots of little things you might need for your stay like coffee and snacks and waters. Overall it was a great little room for two and well worth the money!

Summary: Terrance was amazing giving us so many helpful tips on restaurants and places to go if we weren’t having a beach day. Definitely take his advice we went to some many new spots this go around and had the best time. Also you’ll notice he stocks up the room for you so take a look around in the kitchenette area because he had us covered for all the little knickknacks one can forget on vacay. The room was clean and we slept well every night with it being a quiet area away from all the city noise. Thank you again Terrance.

Summary: We stayed for a long weekend! We had an awesome stay. The property is great for a couple or a single person. The room has 1 bathroom , an area that provides a small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. There also was a great outdoor patio to enjoy coffee. Terrance was a great host. He was very responsive to our questions. He provided everything we needed from bikes , beach towels to beach chairs . And he also provided us with gift cards to the local coffee shop and breakfast place. This location is awesome very close to shop and restaurants. Plus a quick ride or bike ride to siesta key and the beach. We will definitely be visiting again!

Summary: Host was very helpful. Room was better than listing. Very close to the beaches. Even though the room is attached to someones house, it is very private.

Summary: Lovely clean room in a great location near Siesta Beach. Owner/host was very nice and he is located on premises. Good WiFi, nicely appointed small room with thoughtful amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we are looking for a beach or golf getaway.
