Positive: Perfect location, right in the middle of the action but felt secluded.

Negative: The toilet wouldn't always get water, and therefore wouldn't always flush. Later on it would always work, but a few times I just had to leave it unflushed and stinky. Glad I was traveling alone this time!

Location was perfect And as close as it gets for walking to popoyo surf break and conveniently near great food options. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing, sleeping under a mosquito net with the ocean breeze coming through the windows, and having quiet, peaceful nights made my stay here feel like bliss. My little house at TwoTen was simple but perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy with just one sheet, and the ceiling fan kept the room cool. I loved having my own space to relax, including a hammock outside where I spent many hours reflecting and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Everything was spotless, and Ben, the owner of TwoTen, clearly takes pride in keeping the place in great condition. TwoTen offered the ideal balance for me—a calm, private space to relax while still being close to Amahula, the social hub next door. I appreciated being able to dip into the social scene when I wanted and then retreat to my own comfortable spot. Ben was welcoming, and the whole place had a laid-back charm. TwoTen is a peaceful spot that offers everything you need to recharge. I left feeling more relaxed and I’d love to return one day. Highly recommend it if you want a tranquil base in Popoyo with easy access to surf, stunning views, and a good night’s sleep.

Positive: Ben is an amazing host, the location is amazing and the staff is lovely. The room is clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped and the whole place is very well kept.

Negative: Wish there was warm water in the shower, and at least on the house where we stayed the kitchen was shared with another room, which was not an issue because the other room was empty most of the time and when other guests arrived they were very tidy, but it could be an issue depending on who you have to share it with.
