Positive: Fantastic location. We were able to head off on foot on some excellent walks from the house. Also very convenient for all the facilities of the village. Peaceful, lovely views and comfy, homely house.

Positive: Great village location. Off road parking a bonus. Great View from main bedroom. Set well enough back from the road so traffic noise was not a problem. Comfortably accommodated our group of four. The facilities were generally well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, cosy living area, and ample space for everyone to relax. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfy, peaceful break
Negative: Toilet arrangements were a bit unusual, which we did get used to (no toilet in main bedroom en-suite) The main facilities were clean and comfortable, though a few areas would benefit from a deeper clean. The dining room drawers were crammed full of old leaflets and papers. Also Cobwebs- but these do crop up in old houses No Cutlery basket for dishwasher

Negative: The parking was terrible. Slope down to an exit on a blind corner. No lighting in car park area so very difficult to see for manoeuvring and parking

Positive: Such a cute house and in the perfect location in Betwsy! The location truly can't be beat. Overall the stay was great. We stayed over the christmas holiday and having two stoves was ideal. Fireplace we used a lot and was an added bonus.
Negative: Not necessarily a bad thing, but the bathroom set up was pretty odd. There were 3 bathrooms upstairs, two with showers/tubs only and just one with a toilet. Also the beds weren't the most comfy.. but i suppose that's subjective.
Summary: Cute cottage. Great location!
