The house consists of a living room opening onto a large kitchen and a winter garden overlooking a large covered wooden terrace of 22m2.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, dishes and many other things (this is our house. home that we put at your disposal for your holidays) .1 large office gives access to a spacious and bright room of 14m2 ground floor equipped with a double bed and 2 large attic rooms of 17m2 and 21m2 respectively equipped with two single beds and a double bed (an umbrella bed is also available.
The bathroom when it is equipped with a large Italian shower.
Nearby, Océanes beaches of Carcans, Lacanau, Cap Ferret (1/2 hour), Montalivet (1/2 hour) or Soulac (3/4 hour) will welcome you.
But also the Estuary and its buildings of Vauban, the wine Médoc and its castles as well as the basin of Arcachon or Bordeaux less than an hour
You can practice surfing, sailing, canoeing, cycling, hiking, horse riding but you can also do nothing!
