An exceptional location : right on the beach, the house is enough isolated from the city center while being only 5 minutes away from it (by car) and from all the stores (more details below).
Made up of 3 floors, the house is composed of 4 bedrooms (10 beddings) and 3 bathrooms :
2nd floor :
- 3 double bedrooms (1 160x200 bed with a flat TV screen, 2 140x200 beds)

1st floor :
- 1 big living room with great sound system, 360° sea view, working wood chimney
- 1 big terrace with a wood table and chairs

Summary: Location was amazing and plenty of space for the family. Owner very responsive and helpful when house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Beautiful spot right near the beach. Could use an update with bed linens, pillows and adding board games and working remotes for the tvs. Also need To bring your own soaps, detergent etc. There is a supermarket nearby but nice to have these small touches when renting for a vacation.

Summary: 10 of us enjoyed a lovely weeks holiday, the house is situated right on the beach with a small but adequate play area located right outside the back gate. Would recommend this house for a family and friends stay right on the beach.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at 2 Foch Avenue. I'd definitely consider returning and would certainly recommend to friends. I can't believe how great the location is - within striking distance of Deauville but right on the beach and away from it all. Sunset Beach is also a great place to have on the doorstep as well as the beach bar a little further along (towards Deauville). Boulangerie just at the top of the road and Carrefour market 2 minutes away in the car - what more do you need! Lodgings were exactly what we were looking for. Very laid back and typically French 'a la plage'. Felt like a home as opposed to an apartment, which was great. Kitchen very well equipped - cant remember needing anything that wasn't present. Great lounge area for socializing on the evenings (love the fact there is no TV in that room) and a breathtaking view.

Summary: We spent a week in Normandy, and this classic beach house was the perfect launching pad for our activities. Comfortable and spacious, there was plenty of room for our group of six adults and young adults. The sand was literally 30 feet away and the charming town of Deauville was a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the boardwalk. Mont Saint Michel and the D-day beaches were a comfortable distance for day trips, so we were perfectly placed for some adventure! The house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately, we don't speak French, so we had a little difficulty communicating our arrival time to the concierge service that was to greet us, but the owner, Yves, was available by email on short notice and helped us connect. Upon arrival, the concierge service was very friendly and accommodating; Didier gave us restaurant suggestions and offered to go to the store and pick up some wine for us - a nice touch that allowed us to relax on our first evening instead of scrambling for supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our family of five - including three teenage boys - spent a wonderful week in Benerville, in Yves' lovely home. Both the house and the location offer everything one could want in a holiday. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace and observing the sea at all times of the day and night. Deauville is an easy and enjoyable walk from the house. Our only regret is that our time there was so short! I would recommend this house without hesitation.

Summary: We enjoy our stay very much, 2 Adults, one big dog. The house is beautiful decorated in sea colors. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and absolute correct in all business things. I will recommend the location to our friends.

Summary: We stayed at this wonderful house for a month and missed being there for many months afterwards. It's comfortable, authentic, and in a perfect location. We walked the boardwalk to Deauville as well as in the other direction, had the beach to ourselves much of the month (except for the horses in the mornings and the clammers), and took many day trips. And it's just a lovely place to spend time with a group, sit on the wraparound deck and watch the sunsets unfold for hours, play in the big yard. Honfleur is less than 30 minutes away, and the landing beaches, Mont St. Michel, Rouen, and others are in easy reach.

Summary: A beautiful, well cared for beach. A delightful location, beach front, yet close to restaurants, the bakery and shopping. The house is clean and comfortable with great views, especially at sunset. Benerville is close enough for day trips to the D Day beaches, Bayeau, and Mont Ste. Michael's. We would recommend this villa to family and friends.
