Positive: Great location. Great personnel. Great value. We arrived very late at night (4 a.m.) and we were still able to check-in. Ashot was very welcoming and we really enjoyed his company during our breakfasts. We only had breakfasts at accommodation but eggs and sausages were well prepared/served and very delicious, including loads of vegetables. He happens to speak Czech which was helpful in our case. There was only one blanket which is quite small to be shared by 2 people. However we had asked for extra one and immediately got it. On our last day we were also offered to leave are luggage at the place in case we wanted to explore more.

Negative: Bed at our room was not in the best shape as it was not perfectly even as it was sagging a bit in the middle. It would deserve improvement. That's the only point why I don't rate 9.

Positive: Air condition is a life-saver, and the only reason we weren't freezing. Beds are better than most we saw in Armenia. Staff is really nice - and they speak English.

Negative: Paper-thin walls, so not much privacy and without air condition unit it would have been really cold. Location is near city center, so in a traffic jam it can take you 2 hours to leave the city. The parking place is private and is intended for a small marketplace, so you sometimes have to wait 15 minutes before you can leave - and the owned isn't happy if you leave the car for whole day.

Positive: The food prepared by Albert was delicious and full of flavor. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly throughout our stay. The location felt like home — peaceful, cozy, and beautifully surrounded by nature. They also arranged a tour guide for us. It was slightly expensive, but absolutely worth it — he took us to some hidden and lesser-known spots that aren’t on the usual tourist lists. The places were quiet, less crowded, and incredibly beautiful. The guide himself was very kind and helpful; even though we had a bit of a language barrier, we managed well using translation apps. He also introduced us to some local Armenians, and we had a wonderful experience chatting with them and enjoying authentic Armenian food. Overall, it was an amazing experience that felt genuine and memorable.

Negative: It’s not that we were dissatisfied, but as a suggestion for improvement, it would be helpful if they could provide more detailed information about the available resources such as water, laundry, and other facilities.
