Positive: I had a truly wonderful stay at U Community Hotel in Osaka. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, especially Ms. Imao and Ms. Kambara, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel offers adequate facilities for a 3-star accommodation and even provides personal accessories that can be quite handy during your stay. I found this small detail to be very thoughtful and convenient. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. There are four convenient stores nearby, including a 7-Eleven, family mart, and a large hypermarket stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables — perfect for picking up snacks or daily essentials. The neighborhood itself is lovely, safe, and peaceful, providing a nice contrast to the busy city center. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. For a 3-star property, the service, location, and comfort exceeded my expectations. I genuinely loved my stay and would gladly return on my next visit to Osaka.

Positive: The facility is rather old, and the room’s air conditioning doesn’t allow temperature control—only the fan speed can be adjusted. Since it’s just ventilation, the room temperature exceeded 26°C, making it very hot while sleeping. Also, there was no power outlet near the head of the bed, which was very inconvenient. The ceiling above the bathtub was very low, and even with the fan on, ventilation didn’t work well. There were only three chairs in the lobby. Still, the staff were extremely kind, and I’m truly grateful for that!

Positive: Before to get into the room they give us choices of drink..

Negative: First thing is that i pre-paid my hotel stay and i could not get a receipt for my company. Second, we can hear the voice from people in next room which can be annoying.
