Positive: The house was clean and it was quiet at night. The localisation was great - I had 100m to grocery, good restaurant, ice cream place, train stop. There was enough space to park a car. The host tried to sound nice - she speaks only Slovakian. The kitchen has electric kettle, fridge, microwave and oven, so you can cook if you want.

Negative: My room was small - approximately 9m2 and I had roof window. ( I booked room which supposed to have 12m2). The window was enough for daylight, but I didn't have any view. Small room and no window on my eyes level made me feel claustrofobic. The bathroom didn' t have any window and smelled strongly of mold ( especially when fan was working ). I booked room with private bathroom , however when extra guests arrived during weekend, the host told me that I can use public bathroom 2 floors down because nobody else is using it and it would be like private bathroom. It was ridiculous. The host collected city tax for whole stay, however she was very unhappy to give me the entrance tickets to Slovacky Raj ( govermant says that if you pay city tax- you have free ticket and free mountain insurance). First ticket I bought on my own. The kitchen had no tea and sugar. There was salt. The bathroom had no hairdryer ( I didn't pack my own hairdryer because it was supposed to be there). Last day I told the host that I would leave at 10 a.m. and was told that it was fine. From 9 a.m. I was motivated by the host to pack faster because next guest was supposed to arrive at 10 a.m. and I need to leave the room fast. It was annoying. To sum up I can't recommend the room because of size and smell, but maybe other rooms were better.

Negative: All good, just house appeared to be next the the main street and strangely intensive traffic on the street late in the evening and early in the morning disturbed a sleep. This is nothing to do with the owners of the property.

Positive: We got raincoats, as the lady said we can easily get soaked on our tour. They were super friendly and helpfull.

Negative: My bed was bumpy, and the communication was a bit complicated as we did not really spoke the same languages. I'm sure that we could have got a new bed or room, but i did not want to.

Positive: Helpful host who is open to communication. It is possible to use a washing machine. The location is convenient for walks in the national park. There is a cafe nearby, but there is nothing to do in the town itself.

Positive: Very good value for money. The host (Eva) was very nice and welcoming. We had everything that we needed and the place was very tidy and clean. The location is very close to Slovensky Raj National Park. Off street parking is available which is very nice as well.
