Positive: Very clean, very well organised activities for kids and adults (if you are willing to participate), food available 24/7 and very kids oriented. It is a massive hotel, it 's always busy. The food is fresh.
Negative: The hotel is overpriced for what it is. First: the noise is a big problem. The place is so massive that you have people coming and going at any time of the night and, considering that the majority of them book the full board, alchool is served until late, so you can imagine the noise of people going back to the room. No good for light sleeper. In addition, do not forget that it is predominately a kids' resort. Therefore, noise is constant. Second: the smell of the first and second floor is not pleasant when food is cooked. Third: the gym doesn't have cleaning products that you can use to clean the equipment after the training. The sweat is visible on the equipment. I would recommend not to use the mats provided. Fourth: there is some agreement between the hotel and the algarve reptile and raptors centre. They bring in the hotel animals such as eagle and owls so you can take a pitcure of yourself having the eagle on your arm and an owl (the small one) on your head, it looks fun, but these animals are exposed to flash from camera and loud music for more than 1 hr. Same with a snake and other reptiles. Is this actually ok????It's really questionable. Fifth: The main pool with water slides is fully occupied during pick time. So it is recommended to go down early in the morning and get your space. Sixth: for the amount that we paid, i would have expected better food. Seventh: avoid the room facing the terrace on the 4th floor, there is a kids disco in the evening and other activities. It can be really noisy. Eight: the water in the swimming pool can get cold towards the end of the summer, so consider that. Ninth: the near by beaches are not the best, so if you want to go to a better one, I would recommend armacao de pera. There is a little land train that brings you there for 4.50 return per head. As I mentioned, if you are OK with the above, it is the hotel for you.

Positive: Great food all over and great service. Good surprised of how good quality the hotel was. Very kid friendly. Also nice how many things to do not far away next towns and also lovely beeches near by.
Negative: Small problem at hottest time (over 30) because air-condition did not cool enough for us Icelanders.

Positive: A lot of entertainment for kids. The pools are very clean and in general the whole facilities are very clean. Staff was great except some few exceptions. 5 min walk to the nearest beach/ bay.
Negative: The breakfast was very good but the lunch/dinner was okay however not really great. The pool at least for the kids could have been heated a little bit because it was still cold.

Positive: Pretty much everything. Super clean and well maintained/organised. Great staff everywhere. Entertainment ok. Seen better but seen a lot worse. Pool temp fine on days where there was enough sun. (26 degrees or thereabouts). Food good, occasionally missed the spot and occasionally fabulous - a tendency towards playing safe. E.g Asian night fish with ginger, hard to discern ginger. Brazilian and Mexican stood out for best flavours overall although some other individual dishes very good. Although all inclusive is not normally our thing, For a family holiday would be happy to return.

Negative: The food buffet was terrible. Sometimes, I didn't bother eating in the restaurant as the standard/ quality of food was considerably low. I had all inclusive but preferred to eat outside.

Positive: The food was good entertainment good then it disappeared to different location we did not know where it was as signs very bad. Didt know where gym was very hard to find places.
Negative: Changing location for restaurant very badly marked signs were bad. Restaurant on second floor you come out to the landing and you meet two brown emergency doors not sure to open them. We met a old lady very upset looking for restaurant when I pulled the door open I said this what your looking for she just smiled.
Summary: Was a enjoyable stay just the entertainment just disappeared kept changing location.
