Summary: The responsiveness of the staff to all questions on WhatsApp was excellent. We had a very late arrival from Canada and the code to access the room, and the 24 hour security ensured we had no problems. A very comfortable and cozy two bedroom apartment for a three night stay down from Canada in the very safe and walkable area of Polanco was excellent. We asked for food recommendations, ate at three places they recommended and they were all excellent. Highly recommend.

Summary: The room was very poorly maintained, there were scratches all over walls, dirty sheets, a weird smell in bathrooms, shower nozzle clogged spraying unevely, and a very suspicious stain on the couch... contacted support and they went to go change the sheets the next day, but "were working" on all other issues. It's marked as 4 stars, and felt more like a Motel 6 experience.
