Positive: Location is about 1 Km from center of city. As others have stated it could do with a make over but is good value for money. It is not a 2 bedroom app. 2 Twin beds are in an alcove on the sitting room. Main bedroom is large. It is spacious and everything is there that is required. Pub/supermarkets only a 150m away. Communication was excellent.

Negative: A little bit of investment (partition off the alcove to make it 2 bedrooms and a general updating/face lift)

Positive: Very beautiful area, super location. Nice neighbours in the house.

Negative: Not super clean - we had to wipe dust in the beginning. The photos don’t really show that two person so are practically as keeping in the living room. Doors are distorted by humidity and make a lot of noise which is unpractical for those sleeping in the open space. No tea pot.

Summary: Nicely located, could be cleaner but was ok if you’re not too picky and ready to clean yourself (for that price?)

Positive: Good location & spacious Good facilities

Negative: Not as clean as it could have been. Dusty throughout and fittings and furnishings were tired. The wardrobes were full of additional bedding but not stacked tidily so would have awkward to use for hanging our clothes, or we would have had to move things out of the way. It is a one bedroom flat, not a two bedroomed property as the additional beds are in the open plan living area and with an opening into the hall. This restricts access to the living area for those that sleep in the bedroom so that privacy is afforded to anyone sleeping there. One of the additional beds (possibly both) needed new a new mattress as if you moved from the central part you were rolled into the wall or out of the bed.

Summary: A nice apartment that would benefit from a bit of an upgrade

Negative: It’s not as advertised. There are not 2 separate bedrooms. The ‘second bedroom’ is in the living room. With a mixed group of single friends this was not appropriate sleeping arrangements. It also was not very clean. Cracked paint on windowsills, very dusty radiators. Bathmat could do with a wash. Basic. Strict rules sent after paying. Had to take rubbish out which is not expected. Lumpy mattress on the double bed.

Summary: We didn’t enjoy the accommodation. It felt old and dated and was not spotlessly clean or as advertised. Would not recomm
