Positive: We had an amazing stay at Ulmarra, the host Sharon is so lovely, kind, and very helpful and thought about every detail. The photos don't do the property justice, it's an absolutely beautiful house and landscape. The house itself inside feels very comfortable but styled so well. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. We had a group of 10 people and we all fit very comfortably, there are multiple bathrooms and even a bathtub. There are kookaburras that visit regularly and birds too. Entertaining areas are spacious and plenty of seating. Great location just a short drive to the shops or brewery. There's also the private jetty which was a great addition!

Negative: I couldn't fault this accommodation at all.

Positive: The house was beautiful and well maintained but also full of handy supplies for us to use. A large living area to gather and lots of tables and chairs for meal times. A smart tv in all the rooms was a great bonus too!

Negative: nothing major!
