Positive: The suite was really nice and clean. Very spacious. Big bathroom, big suite room, nice size kitchen which was supplied with all that we needed. Plates, silverware, pots, pans, coffee, even spice's! Balcony with a view of the strip. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub! Plenty of towels and blowdry
Negative: The pullout bed was a little small. One of the side tables in the bedroom was a little wobbly, and the light bulb wasn't working too well, but there were 2 side tables with 2 lamps so it was fine. Not enough shampoo or conditioner. Had to bring our own which was also ok

Positive: The suite was great. Good size, with a nice balcony, view was of a parking lot, nothing special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living and eating areas are generously sized. The double wide bathtub was a nice surprise. We could easily walk back to the hotel from the Sphere, no need for a taxi.
Negative: At 116F outside it was just a bit far to walk before we could tuck into any casinos or other climate controlled places.
Summary: Great off the strip, but still close suite. Awesome for shows at the Sphere.

Positive: I like the fact that the air conditioner worked, and the balcony on the property was nice. It did not overlook anything, particularly scenic, other than the strip, but it was nice to have while we were there.
Negative: Unless you have a Tesla charging your electric car here is useless. There is a ton of construction going on outside so every time you leave you have to make a U-turn at the end of the block. The cookware was dirty when we arrived as well as there was some liquor boxes left in the room. The water didn’t get hot enough to fill the bathtub to make it usable. The cookware in the room is wood , not tapered and almost unusable with the high sided pans. People at the front desk could have been nicer at time of arrival.

Negative: Our stay would have been rated as very good if the room aircon was working efficiently. There were several scorching hot days and it was working like a fan without cooling the room. This issue needs urgent attention to ensure future client comfort.
Summary: A lovely condo in great location but spoilt by lack of a functioning aircon system in our room.

Positive: Great apartment with plenty of room and all the facilities you need. Very comfortable bed. Huge bathroom and living area to relax in. Nice breakfast with plenty of menu choices. Also had bar and lounge for drinks and snacks. Location was great being not too far from the strip and monorail station. Free parking on site was very convenient.

Positive: Very clean and large spacious suite. Good bed, fully equipped kitchen. The view on the Las Vegas Sphere from the room and the balcony is awesome. Free parking facility. Everything was well arranged and taken care off by the owner, including clear communication on how to check in and how to check out. I will definitely book this room again if I return to Las Vegas.
