Other Policy Guests may experience disturbance due to nearby construction on the eastern side of the building. while this activity is not within our property, we want to ensure you are aware of potential noise during the construction period. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, please be advised that there is nearby construction commencing 18/08/2023 on the eastern side of the building, this is not within our property however we would like to make you aware of possible noise during the construction period. we apologize for the inconvenience, please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 9 or more nights, please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘schoolies week’ period. it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period, the accommodations at ultra broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. these are not replenished during the stay, please note that all visa and mastercard payments will now incur a surcharge of 2% and 3% for all amex bookings, as of 1st september 2025, please note that renovations are currently taking place on the upper floor. while there will be no noise disturbances, guests may notice protective padding in elevators and tradespeople moving through common areas during the day. we appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our facilities, please note that from date: 01/09/2025 to date: 18/12/2025, and again from 01/02/2026 for 4 months, the property will be operating with one elevator only due to refurbishment works. during these times, elevator wait times may be longer than usual. we appreciate your patience and understanding as we upgrade our facilities, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Positive: Loved the apartment, location and the pool.
Negative: Some information provided in apartment would have been useful such as where to put rubbish. Spare bin liner hidden in bin only found last day as we waited to empty bin as we thought we did not have a replacement. Only 1 small satchet provided for dishwashing again hidden in the tea towel. Girl on reception seemed very unhappy and made us feel we were inconveniencing her.
